qqok Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "qqok", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the qqok platform accessible at qqok.io and all associated subdomains and services.
• "Platform" means the qqok website, mobile-optimised site, and any software or application made available by qqok to registered players.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers a qqok account and uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a Player on the qqok Platform.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all qqok account balances are held and transactions are processed.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, or other incentive offered by qqok to Players, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer, the identity and document verification process applied to all qqok accounts.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or jurisdiction from which access to or use of the qqok Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.

References to any statute, regulation, or legal provision include any subsequent amendment or re-enactment thereof. Headings in these Terms are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. The qqok Platform is strictly for individuals aged 21 years or older. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. qqok reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the Player is found to be under the minimum age. Any winnings generated by an underage Player will be voided and forfeited.

2.2 Residency. The qqok Platform is operated for players in Bangladesh. You are responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence. qqok makes no representation that the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions.

2.3 One Account Per Player. Each Player may hold only one registered Account on the qqok Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, email addresses, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. qqok reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and void all balances and bonuses associated with them.

2.4 Registration Information. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Bangladeshi mobile number, and email address. You further agree to update your registration information promptly if any details change. qqok is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate registration information provided by a Player.

2.5 Account Approval. qqok reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

3.1 Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your qqok Account username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTP) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

3.2 Unauthorised Access. You agree to notify qqok immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to, or use of, your Account. qqok will take reasonable steps to investigate and respond to such reports. Until qqok receives written notification of unauthorised access, all activity conducted through your Account will be considered your own and your liability.

3.3 Account Sharing. Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You must not allow any other person to access or use your Account. qqok is not liable for any loss suffered by a Player as a result of sharing Account credentials with a third party.

3.4 Device Security. You are responsible for ensuring that the device you use to access the qqok Platform is protected by appropriate security software and that you log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.

4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

4.1 Verification Requirement. qqok is committed to maintaining a safe and compliant platform. All Players are required to complete KYC verification before making their first withdrawal and at any other time qqok deems necessary. KYC verification may also be triggered by unusual account activity, large transaction volumes, or at random as part of qqok's ongoing compliance programme.

4.2 Required Documents. To complete KYC verification, Players may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government letter dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or statement confirming that the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account used for deposits belongs to the registered Player)
• A selfie photograph holding the submitted ID document, if requested by qqok's compliance team

4.3 Verification Timeline. qqok aims to complete standard KYC verification within 48 hours of receiving all required documents. Complex cases may take longer. Withdrawals will be held pending verification completion.

4.4 Refusal to Verify. If a Player refuses to provide required KYC documentation within 30 days of being requested to do so, qqok reserves the right to permanently close the Account and return the account balance (excluding bonuses) via the original deposit payment method, after deducting any applicable processing costs.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. qqok currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). qqok does not apply currency conversion fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed in your Account cashier at the time of the transaction and are subject to change by qqok at any time with reasonable notice.

5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are generally credited to your qqok account balance within seconds of confirmation by the payment provider. Card deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take up to 15 minutes to process. qqok is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or your bank.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed by qqok within 24 hours of submission, subject to KYC verification being complete and no pending security review on the Account. Withdrawals are sent to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. qqok reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

5.5 Own Funds Requirement. All deposits must be made from payment accounts that belong to the registered Player. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not permitted. If qqok identifies a third-party deposit, it reserves the right to void the balance and return funds to the originating account.

5.6 Failed Transactions. If a deposit transaction fails after funds have left your payment account but before your qqok balance is credited, please contact qqok support immediately with the transaction reference number. qqok will investigate and resolve confirmed failed deposits within 5 business days.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Terms. All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional offers made available by qqok are subject to specific promotional terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of a conflict between the specific promotional terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and any maximum withdrawal caps applicable to each bonus will be stated clearly in the relevant promotional terms.

6.3 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Players who, in qqok's reasonable assessment, are exploiting bonus offers through systematic low-risk betting strategies, arbitrage, or similar bonus-abuse tactics may have their bonuses voided, their winnings forfeited, and their Accounts restricted or closed.

6.4 One Bonus at a Time. Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, Players may hold only one active bonus at any given time. Opting into a new bonus while an existing bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus balance.

6.5 Withdrawal of Real Funds During Active Bonus. If a Player requests a withdrawal while holding an active bonus balance, qqok reserves the right to remove the bonus balance and any wagering progress before processing the withdrawal of real funds.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Game Rules. Each game and betting market available on the qqok Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game or betting interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game or market before placing a wager.

7.2 Accepted Bets. A bet or wager is only accepted once confirmed by the qqok system and a unique bet reference number is generated. qqok is not responsible for bets that fail to confirm due to connectivity issues on the Player's side.

7.3 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or obvious pricing error affecting a game or betting market, qqok reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the Player's Account balance. qqok's decision in such matters is final.

7.4 Cricket Betting Specific Rules. For cricket betting markets including BPL, IPL, T20 internationals, and all fixtures involving the Bangladesh Tigers, the following rules apply:

• All pre-match cricket bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, or equivalent).
• If a match is abandoned or cancelled without any balls being bowled, all bets will be void and stakes returned.
• In-play bets accepted after an event has occurred (due to data feed delay) may be voided at qqok's discretion.
• Reduced-overs matches due to weather interruptions will be settled on the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method result where applicable.

7.5 Maximum Winnings. qqok reserves the right to apply maximum winnings limits per bet, per day, or per event across any betting market or casino game. Applicable limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the qqok Platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information or KYC documentation
• Opening or operating more than one Account on the qqok Platform
• Allowing a third party to access or use your Account
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Depositing funds originating from illegal or fraudulent activity (including money laundering)
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to generate artificial winnings
• Colluding with other players in any casino game, including poker or live dealer games
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including systematic low-risk wagering designed solely to clear wagering requirements
• Attempting to charge back or reverse any deposit transaction after the funds have been used for wagering
• Using the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the normal operation of the Platform or negatively affects other players

9 Responsible Gaming

9.1 Commitment. qqok is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Bangladesh players. We recognise that for a small number of individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously by providing a comprehensive set of player protection tools.

9.2 Player Protection Tools. All registered Players can access the following responsible gaming features at any time from within their Account settings or by contacting qqok support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your qqok Account.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been actively playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a short break from the Platform for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the qqok Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

10 Intellectual Property

10.1 Ownership. All content on the qqok Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, audio, video, icons, and the overall design and layout — is the property of qqok or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 Permitted Use. qqok grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works of any content on the Platform.

10.3 Restrictions. You must not use any qqok trademark, logo, or brand name without prior written consent from qqok. You must not frame or deep-link to any page of the qqok Platform on any third-party website without express written permission.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 Service Availability. qqok endeavours to provide continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform but does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service disruptions, or events beyond qqok's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. qqok is not liable for losses arising from Platform downtime.

11.2 Accuracy of Information. While qqok takes reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of odds, game results, account balances, and other information displayed on the Platform, qqok does not warrant that all such information is error-free at all times. In the event of a manifest error, qqok reserves the right to correct the error and void any transactions affected by it.

11.3 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, qqok excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, even if qqok has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

11.4 Cap on Liability. qqok's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your qqok Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Amendments and Termination

12.1 Amendments. qqok reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on file, or through a prominent notice on the Platform, at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12.2 Account Closure by Player. You may close your qqok Account at any time by contacting qqok support at [email protected]. Prior to closing your Account, any pending withdrawals must be processed and any active bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 5 business days of Account closure confirmation.

12.3 Account Closure by qqok. qqok reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where a Player has breached these Terms, where qqok has identified fraudulent or unlawful activity, or where continued operation of the Account presents a regulatory or reputational risk to qqok. In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, qqok may freeze the Account balance and report the matter to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the Player.

12.4 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are subject to the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which qqok operates. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved through qqok's internal dispute resolution process will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable rules of the relevant arbitration body.
